See how Schroth works for your curve
Schroth uses 3D breathing and posture cues to gently lengthen and derotate your spine — always patterned to your individual curve, not a one-size-fits-all routine. It's evidence-based and built for adults and adolescents.
What makes spine + form different from traditional PT?
Traditional physical therapy helps with many conditions. Spine + Form is built around one: scoliosis. Scoliosis looks different in every person so a movement that suits one curve may not suit another. This is why we start with an individual assessment and choose exercises for each person's pattern, instead of handing out a general program. Exercises that aren't matched to a person's curve pattern may not help, and in many cases may not be appropriate. At Spine + Form our goal is to teach you or your child how to manage scoliosis on their own. The Schroth method is built for daily life - we practice in situations that matter such as sitting at school, carrying a bag, playing sports, or sleeping so it carries over beyond the clinic. The goal is to build confidence so you can rely on regular visits less as you learn.
